lovely stay, nice area
ample parking friendly staff clean room
i found lots of parking spaces available. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the room was great with its cleanliness. i really liked the dog friendly attitude there.
the mirror on the joining door didn't block all sound.

the hotel location provided easy access to nearby pubs. gardens were also beautiful. i appreciated the proximity to the village gardens and local attractions. ample free parking was a big plus.

breakfast was superb and the staff was really helpful. the village has a nice pub, pizza restaurant, and indian restaurant, so you have choice. i was very happy with the drinks available.

the hotel offers free onsite parking for all guests. there is a night porter available, so help is available if needed. the hotel has lovely quirky main areas with unique decor. i found gardens and terraces well maintained.

the room was well decorated and cozy. the bed was very comfortable, so i slept well. i had a quiet riverside view from my beautiful bedroom. the bathroom was large and well appointed.

broken tv basic room
My TV did not work and the room was very basic. Toiletries were limited to shampoo and shower gel. The room had no tissues, ironing board, or iron. Breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast bar was sparse and a croissant cost extra.

friendly staff dog friendly parking spaces
the staff was very friendly. they were available throughout the night. the hotel is super dog friendly. also there is loads of parking spaces.
the hotel was expensive, i found it not value. that's bedroom was dated, furniture was scratched. there was buildup of black in areas of the bathroom.

the room decoration is well done. there were some black buildup around the bathroom. the staff replaced towels and made beds each day, they are efficient.

the staff was lovely and friendly. they were polite and helpful, no trouble was too big. i saw they clearly care about their job and the guests, it impressed me.

the hotel has easy to find locations. the parking is ample, so you do not need to worry. a night porter is available, he provided help throughout the night if needed.
